全球化營運與跨國經營模式的興起，不但促使組織規模逐漸擴大，而且更喚起了企業擬整合與控制資訊資源與作業流程，進而達成即時且有效決策的需求。而這樣的理想，有賴企業進行良好的企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)。然而，由於目前國內尚無適合台灣本土企業的ERP系統導入方法；所以，有鑑於此，本研究擬透過文獻探討與模式推導，提出一適合國內企業導入ERP系統的參考模式。而且，為了驗證該參考模式的可行性，本研究更進一步針對某家半導體產業之IC製造業公司進行個案研究，並藉由訪談、問卷與實際觀察等方式獲取相關資訊與結果，對原先推導的參考模式進行修正，以圖讓本研究最後所得之參考模式足堪作為國內半導體產業之IC製造業未來導入ERP系統之參考。 For the trend towards global operations and international business models, enterprises not only expand their sizes, but also raise the needs for making efficient decision via integrating and utilizing the business resources. For achieving these goals, an enterprise must draw up the right enterprise resource planning (ERP). However, even though the demand of implementing ERP systems is increasing, it lacks a model of implementing ERP systems for the enterprises in Taiwan. As a result, in this research, with the survey of the existing models relevant to information systems implementation, and with the study of the operating characteristics of the enterprises in Taiwan, we proposed a preliminary model of implementing ERP systems in the first place. In advance, in order to verify the goodness of the preliminary model, we visited an IC manufacturing enterprise as our real study case for getting its implementation experience and relevant information to revise our preliminary model. To sum up, the main contribution of this research lied in proposing a model of implementing ERP systems for Taiwan's enterprises, which could be further used as a reference model for the IC manufacturing enterprises to implement their ERP systems.
