    Predicting the Consumers' Willingness to Purchase Online Products with Artificial Intelligence

    Abstract: 本文採用機器學習之分類技術,透過Kaggle平台現有之公開資料,建立模型,以預測網路平台上的評論者是否最終購買產品。除此之外,透過情感分析方法,萃取評論的正面、負面、中立以及複雜程度,以數值化文本,納入模型進行分析。本研究所建立之分類器的準確度都能高過全判別為不購買的準確度,其中以決策樹的表現最佳,準確度高達95%,且precision達八成。隨後透過集成學習方法,建立隨機森林方法的分類器,雖然準確度未能優化,但precision達88%。最終,就決策樹以及隨機森林所挑選的變數重要性來看,評論中的情緒成為評論者購買意願的關鍵要素。
